If you're having trouble using our software or our website there are a few things to check.

  1. Check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player insalled. [Get Flash Player]
  1. Check your browser version is up to date. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, however our site should still work when viewed with Internet Explorer and Safari. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we can investigate.
  1. If you're using Internet Explorer and seeing the dropdown message at the top of your browser

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

Then please click on the message and select "Allow Blocked Content" followed by "Yes". The restriction for security with Internet Explorer can cause some of the videos and animated menus within the web site not to function properly or at all.
  1. Check you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. Get Adobe Reader

If things still aren't working, please contact us and we will be happy to help to resolve your problem.

FAQs - Please email your questions and we'll post the answers here

Are your site licence prices a one-off cost or are they payable annually?

All our licence prices are one-off costs. Site licences include online access for the first 6 months. After that there is an optional annual subscription ranging from £35 p.a. for up to 100 pupils to £65 p.a. for over 300 pupils.

Can we buy your software for online use only?

Yes. If you need us to host it then you would buy a site licence and then, after 6 months, buy the annual subscription described above. If you are able to host the online access yourself with a secure password system the you only pay for the site licence.

What is The NumberGym Suite and why is it only £59? Is it just for student teachers?

The NumberGym Suite is a CD containing our five major titles: Early Maths, BondBuilder & TableTrainer, Mental Maths Challenge, The Number Gym and NumberGym Geometry. It used to be just available for student teachers but now anyone can buy it. Be aware that this version only runs from the disk and cannot be installed on any server, PC, laptop or netbook. So it's a fantastic resource for anyone who teaches in multiple locations. Why only £59? We're hoping you'll be so amazed that you'll tell everyone about us and thereby generate more sales.
